Business Policies

Our company policies are as follows:

1. Rates will be finalized upon inspection of the home on location.  
2. Customers are subject to a $199 flat rate for our services if the project does not exceed said amount on its own merit. 
3. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergency or sudden global changes.  
4. Anything damaged prior to our arrival (ie. broken windows, damaged gutters) will not be held liable by Adirondack Window Cleaning or any of its employees if further damage is incurred.  
5. Cash, checks, and accepted forms of electronic payment will be utilized for compensation.  
6. Customers will be subject to sales tax in addition to the rate of cleaning.
